Randi Kearn - Owner

Randi was born in California. She had started painting at 13 years old. As the only girl in Woodshop, she loved working with her hands to make and fix things for her mother. She started working on her first car when she was 16, and therein began her love of tinkering in engines.

One of her jobs at age 17 was refinishing antiques, and she discovered her love of working with old, beat up furniture and remaking it into something new and beautiful to be loved for years to come. Eventually, she started working for Contractors soon after; she learned how to paint, tile, build fences and decks, lay and refinish floors, as well as do some basic plumbing and electrical. Using this knowledge, she started her painting company, Anastasia's Project.

This lead to her obtain her general contractors license and go into remodeling. Her love of building and working with wood led her to do something more than just paint. This is how the Greater Eastside Remodel was created. At that point, Randi decided to specialize in residential and commercial environments.

Evan Apolis - Structural Engineering Services

Evan and his father, Jon are our resident structural engineers. They take plans from our designers, and make sure that everything is as it needs to be before we start framing. Their attention to detail makes them a valuable part of our crew.

Hope Snyder - Hope Marie Interiors

Hope is our resident interior designer. She works on projects ranging from new builds to detailed home styling, curating the perfect touches to give your space that designer edge. She collaborates with clients every step of the way, providing inspiration and detailed renderings. When it comes to your home, she strives to create a timeless aesthetic for you to enjoy long term. She is happy to meet you where you are to create a space that fits within your budget and unique lifestyle.

Pictured is Hope with her furball Casper, and King Boo on the other slide. She loves to spend time with them, her husband, and her wonderful friends as part of her personal time. Thrift shopping, working on her own home's DIY projects, and restoring furniture to give old pieces new life are among some of her favorite activities.

Dan Powers - Monster Abatement and Demolition

Dan was born and raised in Seattle. Another local company, him and his crew are our certified home inspectors, as well as lead and asbestos testing and abatement. For larger remodels, we call in Dan and his crew. He can get even the largest projects done in a timely and efficient manner, all while keeping your home sparkling clean. Dan's team includes:

Tyler Blanchard - O'Neill Plumbing Company

Tyler is our main point of contact for all of our plumbing needs. His crew is quick and efficient, ensuring the job gets done right the first time. We use Tyler and his crew exclusively, so you know you are in good hands.

Vitaliy Kylykiwskyy - Premier Electric Group

Vitaliy is our hardworking electrician. Alhaji and Mohammed Jammeh - Dynasty Painting and Drywall

Alhaji and Mohammed are some of our most skilled drywallers. Being brothers, they were born in New York after their father, a painter as well, immigrated here from Gambia. They started painting and drywalling with their father when they were children, and later went into business for themselves. They do beautiful work, interior and exterior Painting, insulation and drywall.

Jaime and his crew are some of our most trusted painters. He plays a crucial role in transforming any space through his exceptional painting skills and attention to detail. Aleksandr Nozdratenko - A N TILE

Alex is our premier tiling expert. He immigrated from Russia with his family when he was in high school, and shortly after he started learning how to tile. He started his business, AN Tile Installation in 2010.
